If we come across anything unexpected, we talk to you before proceeding. The scope and price won’t change without your say-so.
We check for it during the assessment. If it’s there, we factor it into the scope and price before starting any electrical work.
Yes. The board is tested and certified before we leave. You’ll need it for insurance and compliance. We take care of it as part of the job.
