Before You Commit to Three-Phase, Check This First
Most Sydney homes don’t need three-phase power with the correct switchboard configuration even if you have a lot of equipment.
A home adding a 7kW EV charger alongside existing solar and a new ducted system but not running all three at peak capacity at the same time is almost certainly fine on single-phase power.
