Yes. We work for homeowners, businesses, real estate agencies, strata buildings, builders and community organisations across Sydney. The same NSW electrical licence covers residential and commercial work.
Before we start, we confirm with the property manager who has authorised the work and who to bill. We then invoice the agency, the owner or another approved party, not the tenant unless that's been agreed.
Yes, where our schedule allows. After-hours rates are discussed when we quote, so you know the cost before the work is booked.
Yes. We hold $20 million public liability cover. Property managers and building owners looking for an electrician can ask for our certificate of currency and licence details at any time.
