What we do
From a dead light in the car park to a new intercom for the whole building, Impulse Electrical Enterprise is a strata electrician in Sydney that looks after common property and building systems. Our strata electrical services are coordinated with your strata manager, building manager or owners corporation.
Lobby, stairwell, car park and garden lighting, including sensors, timers and photocells, and replacing failed LED fittings.
Common property switchboards, safety switches and power faults. A strata switchboard upgrade is planned with the strata manager to keep disruption down.
Building intercoms installed, replaced and repaired, plus fob and access control systems, door strikes, sliding gate motors and security alarm systems.
Emergency and exit lights in common areas installed, replaced and maintained, so they work when the power fails. We don't carry out the six-monthly compliance testing or prepare records for the annual fire safety statement.
Common area exhaust fans, plus general electrical maintenance and repairs around the building.
